The service

Recoupo helps you find and organize possible post-purchase actions from purchase-related information. It is an information and workflow tool, not a bank, financial adviser, lawyer or merchant representative.

Suggestions and detected opportunities may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing the details, deadlines and merchant policies before taking action.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's workspace, interfere with the service, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Mailbox and AI features

You authorize Recoupo to process connected mailbox information only for the features you enable. You may disconnect a mailbox at any time.

AI output is assistive and should be checked before you rely on it. Recoupo does not guarantee that an action will succeed, that a refund will be issued, or that a merchant deadline will be extended.

User content and service changes

You retain rights to the information you provide. You grant Recoupo the limited permission needed to host, process and display that information to provide the service.

The operator may update, suspend or discontinue features, including provider connections, with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for merchant decisions, missed deadlines, service interruptions, indirect losses or actions taken based only on an automated suggestion.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.
